If a paid generation fails because of a ListingKit system error, we will restore the consumed credits or provide another reasonable credit adjustment.

Unused credits
Unused credits from a recent accidental purchase may be eligible for review if you contact hello@listingkit.ai promptly and the credits have not been used.
Consumed credits
Credits spent on completed generations are generally not refundable because AI image generation costs are incurred immediately, even if you choose not to use the output.
Subscriptions
You can cancel future renewal at any time. Refunds for subscription renewals are reviewed case by case, especially where credits were not used after renewal.
Credit packs
Credit packs are intended for one-time usage and are generally final once any portion of the pack has been used.
