Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly, including your email address, account profile, password credentials for email sign-up, support messages, generator settings, credit activity, and product image requests.

Uploaded, reference, and generated images are stored so you can view generation history, download results, avoid duplicate reference uploads, troubleshoot failed jobs, and improve the product experience.

How we use information

We use your information to operate ListingKit, authenticate your account, generate product images, manage credits and subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use technical signals such as IP address, browser fingerprint, device data, request logs, and usage limits to detect fraud, protect free credits, and prevent automated or abusive activity.

Payments, processors, and analytics

Payments are handled by Stripe. ListingKit receives subscription, invoice, checkout, and customer identifiers from Stripe, but we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We may use analytics, cookies, session storage, and similar technologies to understand traffic, measure product usage, debug errors, and improve conversion. These tools may process device, page, and event data on our behalf.

Sharing and vendors

We share information with service providers only as needed to run ListingKit, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, payment, email, analytics, and AI image generation providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect ListingKit or users, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, billing, credit, uploaded image, generated image, and request records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain history, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

You can request deletion of your account or specific personal data by contacting hello@listingkit.ai. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.

Your choices and rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete certain account information by using the product settings or contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
