Using ListingKit

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use ListingKit only for lawful business or personal purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account.

ListingKit is designed for ecommerce product imagery. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as we improve the service or comply with operational, legal, or security requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not use ListingKit to create illegal, deceptive, infringing, explicit, hateful, abusive, unsafe, or platform-violating content. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell access to, bypass credit limits, exploit free trials, or interfere with the security or operation of ListingKit.

AI generation limitations

AI image generation can be imperfect. Outputs may contain artifacts, inaccurate product details, text errors, policy issues, or marketplace compliance problems, and generation availability can depend on third-party providers.

You are responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing them and for confirming that they accurately represent your products and comply with marketplace, advertising, and consumer-protection rules.

Commercial use and ownership

Subject to these terms and your rights in the uploaded materials, you may use generated images commercially for your listings, stores, ads, and marketing. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded product photos.

You grant ListingKit the rights needed to host, process, transform, store, display, and deliver uploaded, reference, and generated images for operating the service and providing account history.

Credits, subscriptions, and refunds

ListingKit may charge credits for generation attempts and image outputs. Credit packs, monthly subscriptions, and yearly subscriptions are priced and delivered according to the pricing page shown at checkout.

Subscription plans renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds and credit adjustments are handled under our Refund Policy, including limits for consumed credits and AI processing costs.

Termination

You may stop using ListingKit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, attempt fraud or abuse, or if continued service is not commercially or legally practical.

Disclaimers and liability

ListingKit is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, marketplace acceptance, sales results, or that generated images will be error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ListingKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, lost-profit, lost-data, or business-interruption damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to ListingKit in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
