Our services utilize artificial intelligence to help real estate professionals create marketing materials from property listings.

By accessing or using ListingKit.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
  • Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal usage
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ListingKit.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content including property descriptions, social media posts, video scripts, and virtual staging images. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before use. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any content generated by our platform.
  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
  • AI-generated descriptions and marketing materials do not constitute professional appraisals, inspections, or legal advice
  • You are responsible for ensuring all content complies with applicable laws, including fair housing regulations, advertising standards, and MLS rules
  • Virtual staging images are AI-generated renderings and should be clearly disclosed as such in any listing

6. Intellectual Property

The ListingKit.ai platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Content generated by our AI tools using your listing data is licensed to you for use in marketing the associated properties. You retain ownership of all original content (photos, listing data) you upload to the platform.

7. Payment Terms

  • Certain features may require a paid subscription or per-use credits
  • All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingKit.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period following termination.
