• Inclusive descriptions: Generated content focuses on the physical features, amenities, and characteristics of the property itself — not the characteristics of current or prospective residents.
• Neighborhood descriptions: When describing neighborhoods or locations, our AI focuses on factual, objective information such as proximity to amenities, transit, and services, avoiding characterizations that could imply preferences for or against certain groups.

Your Responsibility

While we design our AI to comply with fair housing principles, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. Specifically:

• Review all generated property descriptions, social media posts, and marketing materials for fair housing compliance before use
• Ensure that any edits or additions you make to AI-generated content also comply with fair housing laws
• Be aware of and comply with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws applicable to your market
• Remove or modify any content that could be interpreted as discriminatory, even if it was generated by our AI
• Use virtual staging responsibly — staged images should not imply preferences for particular household compositions

Reporting Concerns

If you encounter any AI-generated content on our platform that you believe may violate fair housing principles, please report it immediately to support@listingkit.ai. We take all reports seriously and will review and address concerns promptly.

You may also file a fair housing complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at hud.gov or by calling 1-800-669-9777.
